I have worked in human resources and consulting since 2007, the longest in the travel industry. For Zenter research I assist with developing action plans following workplace assessments.
In human resources, I have extensive experience in managing professional recruitment processes and providing management advice in this area. That experience comes in handy in coaching because I work a lot with Coachees who are thinking about changing jobs or even a career, want to look at new job opportunities.
I provide a Strengths Profile analysis and feedback. Research shows that when we use our strengths, we are happier, more productive, and more likely to achieve our goals. My main strength at this moment, acc. to my Strengths Profile is ADVENTURE, which means I do not fear taking risks and enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone. My other top strength is CATALYST which means I like to motivate and inspire others to make things happen.
